Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the mobile applications developed and published by bernsoftware on the Apple App Store (each, the “App”). By downloading or using an App, you agree to these Terms.

1. License

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded devices that you own or control, in accordance with these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions, including the Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Apple EULA”).

2. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
You can manage or cancel your subscription in your device’s Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

3. AI-Generated Content

Certain features use artificial intelligence to identify, estimate, or analyze content. These outputs are provided “as is”, may be inaccurate or incomplete, and are for general informational and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional advice.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
Upload content that infringes others’ rights;
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code;
Interfere with or overload the App's supporting infrastructure.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of the content you submit. You grant us a limited, temporary license to process that content only to provide the requested feature.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, code, and content are owned by bernsoftware or its licensors.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, bernsoftware shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

9. Apple-Specific Terms

These Terms are between you and bernsoftware, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, except where mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence apply.
